Welcome to the Loudoun County Junior Golf Association - 2008
We are a non-profit organization located in Loudoun County, Virginia dedicated to teaching the game of golf to the youth of our area. Information pertaining to our program can be found by clicking on the Program Information button on the left.
Announcements - May 9, 20008
Skill Assessment Clinic - The skill level assessment clinic will be held at Brambleton Golf Course on May 17th. The time of your assessments is based on the first letter of you last name as shown below:
- A - F will be assessed during the time slot 1:00 - 2:00
- G - M will be assessed during the time slot 2:00 - 3:00
- N - S will be assessed during the time slot 3:00 - 4:00
- T - Z will be assessed during the time slot 4:00 - 5:00
Registration - The 2008 registration period for traditional memberships is now closed. We continue to accept applications for our Masters Division and will do so until the division fills. If you plan to play in Masters this summer, please register soon. You may do so by scrolling to the bottom of this page, downloading the Masters application, and simply following the directions on the form. Once you register, continue to watch the web site and your email for updates.
Tournament Schedule - The dates for 2008 tournament play have been posted with courses and starting times. These dates are
tentative and subject to change so be sure to check the schedule regularly. You may view the schedule by selecting Schedules from the menu on the left.
We are seeking volunteers at all levels of the organization including division commissioners, awards coordination, fund raising, media relations, web publishing, registration coordination, tournament officials, and the list goes on. You do not need to be a golfer to participate and we will provide any needed training. If you are interested or want more information, send us an email at: info@loudounjuniorgolf.org. You'll find that the LCJGA is a fun group of people and a very rewarding organization.
2008 Registration - Traditional is now closed - Masters remains open

Please select one of the following membership applications, print it, fill it out completely, and mail it with your check to the address listed on the application. An application must be filled out and mailed for each player being registered. Space in this league is limited and registrations will be processed in the order received.
Note: The Masters Division of the LCJGA is restricted to boys and girls who have reached their fifteenth birthday by June 1, 2008 and have not reached their eighteenth birthday by the same date. All players in the Masters Division must have a proven playing
ability equivalent to an 18 handicap. Players younger than fifteen are welcome to apply for the Masters Division and will be assessed by our golf professionals prior to placement. Players selecting to play in the Masters Division who are unable to
meet this playing requirement will be removed from the Division. All other players between the ages of 8 and 15 are to register for the Traditional Membership.

Division Assignments - If you played in the LCJGA during 2007, you will need to know your final division assignment when you register for 2008. You may view the 2007 division assignments by clicking here.
Refund Policy - LCJGA will provide a 75% refund of all fees prior to June 1, 2008. A 50% refund will be provided through July 7, 2008. After July 7, 2008, no refund will be provided. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the mailing address listed on the application.
